Once you’ve submitted your application, here’s what happens next:
1. INITIAL CONTACT:
Within the next working day, our recruitment partner will get in touch for a brief 15-minute conversation. This initial chat is meant to determine if there’s a potential match between you and Prove. If everything looks promising, you'll receive a link to schedule a more in-depth meeting.
2. IN-DEPTH MEETING:
You’ll then have a 60-minute meeting with Prove’s recruiter, where key topics will be covered, such as:
- Your expectations for your future role (employer, clients, industry, training, location, etc.)
- Your skills, work history, and areas of expertise
- What Prove offers as an employer
- Basic terms of potential employment
- The aim of this meeting is to decide if we should move forward toward an employment agreement. If the answer is yes…
3. CLIENT INTRODUCTION:
Once everything is in place, Prove will introduce your profile to potential clients.
4. EMPLOYMENT PROPOSAL:
Prove will present you with a formal contract proposal.
The ultimate goal is to sign an employment contract and welcome you to the team!
